Provide servant leadership to the Company and your responsible duties

Self-managing and executing all department systems and processes
Responsible for hitting all sales quotas and targets created by VP of Sales
Evaluating and partaking in developing the sales strategy and goals
Contribute to the planning and execution of all sales efforts
Responsible for the creation and accuracy of your personal sales reports
Communicating all personal sales analytics to the VP of Sales
Market research and competitor research
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and your own professional development
Identifying potential customers through various avenues including previous events, marketing driven leads, self driven leads, etc
Working in conjunction with marketing to execute Company promotions offered
Building brand awareness and Company positioning
Executing sales processes and managing CRM and pipelines from start to finish
Maintaining trackers and metrics at all times
Following all standard operating procedures (SOP’s) at all times
Working in conjunction with Director of Operations and Events to assist in the sales specific efforts of conferences, trade shows, and major events
